What we collect

When you contact us on WhatsApp or email, we receive what you send: your name and number or email, your messages, and any writing samples or videos you share for a handwriting check. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts on this site.

How we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, run the free handwriting check, deliver resources you request, and — if you join a programme — to teach and update you. Children’s writing samples are treated as confidential; before-and-after samples are only ever shared publicly with a parent’s explicit written permission.

What we never do

We never sell or share your details with third parties for marketing. Occasional intake announcements go only to those who requested resources or enquired; reply “stop” anytime and we remove you.
